During the months of January and February, preschool has been busy getting back into the routines of school! We have been doing lots of different activities with snow, ice, The Mitten, dinosaurs, pets, and finishing up our third cycle of Letter of the Day! It is so much fun to watch preschool students make tremendous progress throughout the year.
Valentine’s Day is a fun and busy time at Cardinal Elementary School! Preschoolers were able to celebrate with their friends by spreading kindness and passing Valentine’s out to each other.
Preschool at Cardinal has been growing and changing the last few weeks as well. Ms. Erin now has a morning class and an afternoon class. That means we have six wonderful preschool classrooms at Cardinal! Watching students create new friendships in these classrooms has been great.
We cannot believe that Spring conferences will be here so soon. Make sure to mark your calendar for March 5th and 6th, and make sure to schedule a conference with your child’s teacher so we can share all of the updates and growth that have happened since the fall!
Preschool will be starting Muncha! Muncha! Muncha! in March. It is such a cute book. We will have a few special guests coming to our school to celebrate this unit! Keeping it fun in preschool.
