Business Management class experienced being business owners by seeing who could build the tallest marshmallow tower. Students were assigned the role of a sole proprietor, partnership, or corporate members. they completed the requirement to start a business and then were given supplies to build!

Last week, BPA members held a "Miracle Minute" during the boys' basketball game to see how much money could be raised for Special Olympics. The students collected $371.12 and are excited to present it at the State Leadership Conference in a couple of weeks in Des Moines. Thank you to all who helped contribute to this cause!!

The Maquoketa Community School District Education Fund's annual Geno's Take and Bake Fundraiser is here! The money made through these pizza sales will help ensure we can support creative and unique learning opportunities in our classrooms, funded by the EdFund Grant. February 10th pizzas: Sausage, Pepperoni, Cheese Pie, Geno's Special, Eric's Special, and Cinnamon Dessert March 9th pizzas: Sausage, Pepperoni, Cheese Pie, Geno's Special, Eric's Special, and Veggie Pickup will begin at 2:00 PM and end at 4:00 PM.
