The Briggs Student Lighthouse Team made some very important visits this morning to say THANK YOU to our community partners, Maquoketa Fire Department and Dollar Fresh, for their amazing support of our Briggs Breakfast.
Thank You to Senator Cournoyer and Rep. Mommsen for visiting Maquoketa CSD on Friday. We were able to share some educational priorities, visit our MAC program and have lunch prepared by students. Also, congratulations to Sen. Cournoyer on her recent appointment as Lt. Governor!!

Please help us celebrate the spirit of the holidays with some fun dress-up days in the month of December. Students and staff are encouraged to participate in the "Twelve Days Before Christmas Break" by following along with the daily themes on our calendar. Thanks to our Student Lighthouse Team for their collaboration on this project!
We would also like to remind you about two very special events happening on Thursday, December12th. Join us in the morning for our Briggs Family Breakfast from 7:30-8:30am. Then join us again in the HS Gym at 9:30am for our Winter Holiday Concert. We can't wait to see you all there!
